The staff of the House of Canadian Students is in charge with managing the House and welcoming residents. The entire team works together to provide the residents a friendly and comfortable environment.
The Reception, managed responsibly by Mrs. Ilham Ismaïli and her team, is open non stop (except 12:30pm to 1:30pm Monday to Friday). A security agent is assigned to monitor the House between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
ADMISSION AND STAY
Mrs. Estelle Mathien, Executive Assistant, meets with the residents, with or without an appointment, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and again from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday from 11 a.m to 1:00 p.m and then from 2:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m.
Mrs. Mathien is in charge with processing and following up on the accommodation applications (academic stays or short-term visits).

Mr. Hervé Denizard, accounting officer, is the person you need for your payments.
He can see you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Payment can be done with VISA or MASTERCARD, by cashier’s check, cash, or bank transfer to the MEC account.

ADMINISTRATOR AND MAINTENANCE
The administrator, Mr. Frédéric Rohart, handles small repairs, so that the House is always at its best. Any incident should be reported to the reception. Repairs are carried out within 48 hours.
A private company is responsible with housecleaning of the accommodation units and the common areas.
