The committee meets several times a year, according to needs and availabilities, to accept applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"list-left-60\"><li>The files of doctoral and master\u2019s students are prioritized and reviewed as soon as they are received.<\/li><li>Applications for a full academic year will be given priority.<\/li><li>Other requests (student exchanges, internships, etc.) are processed at the beginning of June for admission in the fall, and in October for admission in the winter.<\/li><li>The MEC is committed to supporting diversity with regard&nbsp; to fields of study and the university of origin.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-inter-22-regular-font-size\">Short visits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on availability, studio apartments are also available year-round for short-term stays. Priority is given to teachers, researchers and relatives and friends of MEC residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-inter-22-regular-font-size\">Summer period (July 1 \u2013 August 31)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to apply to extend your stay during the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the summer months and the academic year (depending on availability), the MEC also welcomes guests for short, non-academic visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:69px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"application-deadlines\" class=\"wp-block-group has-primary-beige-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"mb-30 has-arimo-40-regular-font-size\">Application deadlines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application process for the current academic year begins in May and ends once the Maison has achieved full occupancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests can be made all year long.
