Ella Noël, one of our two ambassadors, has just arrived from Montreal, with an already impressive academic and professional background. With a degree in political science from McGill University, she also boasts solid experience in the international sector. Today, she continues her academic adventure at Sciences Po Paris, where she is preparing a master’s degree in international governance and diplomacy.
Driven by a strong desire for action, Ella is actively involved in a legal clinic specializing in foreigners’ rights, where she supports vulnerable populations in their legal proceedings. Her passion for foreign policy and international cooperation is also reflected in her interest in international conflicts and their impact on the migration dynamics of local communities.
In a multi-polar world marked by growing inequalities, increasingly pressing environmental challenges and heightened geopolitical tensions, Ella is convinced that collaboration between governments and civil society is essential to creating sustainable solutions. Her long-term goal is to help strengthen international institutions, while promoting more effective and inclusive global cooperation.
With a deep commitment to global issues and an unwavering desire to make a difference, Ella Noël is a resident ambassador whose Canadian Students’ House is proud to welcome and support.
