Who we are

The House of Canadian Students opens its doors to students, researchers and artists since its founding in 1926. The Cité internationale universitaire de Paris has been built as a peace project after the First World War.

Thanks to its privileged location, MEC participates in the intellectually stimulant environment and the effervescent cultural environment of Paris, while opening itself to the multicultural wealth found in 39 other student houses and residences. The House offers modern accommodation units in a secure location found in the middle of a green housing division. The warm staff, attentive to the residents’ needs and mindful of their study plans, is entirely dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and unforgettable stay. A residents’ committee takes care of the social and cultural activities of the House residents.
